Perfect recipe for any Christmas gathering. Two dozen eggs (boiled and peeled), a pound of fresh beets (boiled, peeled and sliced), sliced onions, vinegar, water, sugar, cinnamon and all spice. Allow to soak for two weeks and then enjoy.
